West Chase Golf Club has three event spaces to offer you elegance and flexibility. These spaces are the perfect setting for your upcoming wedding, party, shower, or other celebration.
The Pavilion 3,680 square ft. banquet center features many windows, twinkle lights, soft natural colors for any decor or style. We have an attached deck overlooking the Lakeview. We can accommodate as many as 260 guests for any wedding or event. The pavilion includes all tables and chairs and features a 21x21 dance floor at no additional charge. Other Events: We also host celebrations, rehearsals dinners, vow renewals in the pavilion for a discounted rate.
The Lounge within the clubhouse is perfect for smaller events. The Lounge space provides tables and chairs with seating up to 65 guests. We rent this space by hour and set up and teardown is included. There is also a large deck attached to the clubhouse with seating up to 20+ overlooking the golf course.
The Upstairs Club Room is located upstairs of our clubhouse. This space is perfect for a gender reveal, shower or meeting with seating up to 40+/- guests. There is also an attached deck that has a birds eye view of the course. This room includes two private bathrooms, three sofa’s with an ottoman, glass table with 6 chairs and we can provide additional seating for an event. This space is primarily used as our bridal suite.
