UPDATE: On Tuesday, 3/24, we recieved clarification from the Indiana Governor's Office through communication with the Indiana Golf Office that golf courses would be allowed to remain open. Since that time we have continued to receive updates on the recomended best practices for courses remaining open during the Stay at Home Order. In accordance with these recommended best practices, we will be updating our current "PARK AND PLAY' program. The updates, highlighted in red, wil take place starting Friday, 3/27.
The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. To comply with CDC, State, and Federal guidlines and to ensure the saftey of those who visit West Chase, we have implemented a "Park and Play" program. This program includes:
The Clubhouse and Pavilion will be closed to customer entry until Indiana's Stay at Home Order has been lifted. This includes restroom facilities. Golfers should proceed directly to ther cart staging area upon arrival at the course.
Accepting online payment for tee times booked through our website. Your credit card will not be charged until check in.
Accepting payment by phone with a credit card or gift card by calling the Clubhouse at 317-892-7888.
Accepting "zero contact" credit card and gift card payments outside the Clubhouse and for Food and Beverage purchases.
No cash payments will be accepted.
All customers must maintain social distancing guidlines and refrain from any phsyical contact.
The putting green will be closed until Indiana's Stay at Home Order has been lifted.
Tee time intervals will be changed to 15 minutes.
Food and Beverage service will be limited to "to go" service only. Food and beverage items can be purchased through window service on the Clubhouse Deck.
Food and Beverage service will be limited to beverages and pre package food items.
All ball washers, bunker rakes, and water coolers will be removed from the golf course. On course restrooms will remain closed.
All golf carts will be sanitizied prior to be being issued.
Mandatory single rider golf carts. Exception for family members residing in the same household. We encourage walking the course if you are able to do so.
Golfers are not to touch or remove the pin. Cups will be "flipped" so golfers do not have to reach into the cup to recover their golf ball.
Hours of operation and avialable tee times will vary depending on weather and other circumstances.
